It is agreed that no party has entered into any contract pursuant to these terms in reliance on any representation, warranty or undertaking not expressly referred to in these documents (save in respect of liability for fraudulent misrepresentation). The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any bid in any form entirely at their discretion. 7.4 As provided by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, the Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the Buyer interest at 8% above the prevailing base rate set at the time by the Bank of England, for any unpaid account. 14.5 Following the sale of any tractors, vehicles or other self-propelled machinery, where the Seller has stated on the Entry Form that a V5 Registration Document is supplied and whereupon the said document is not delivered to the Auctioneers at the time of sale, Cheffins shall not pay over the Net Sale Proceeds to the Seller until such time as the Seller has delivered the V5 Registration Document to the Auctioneers.
